Users gain the right to use our platform and integration tools for their own business purposes. You own the data you synchronise through our platform, but the platform infrastructure, software, and proprietary algorithms remain our intellectual property.
You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, using the service to transmit harmful or illegal content, or reverse-engineering any component of our software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowLedgr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlowLedgr is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
